A wonderful club, which is created just for women - for the female body and health !! Very friendly girls work. I chose a lot of sports halls and returned to the fitters again - the load is calculated specifically for our female body, it is convenient to come at any time before 12.00 or after 16.00 until 20.00. Training takes half an hour and 10 minutes stretching, it helps to be in good shape and in a good mood !! 👍👍👍

Good place for 30 minutes. training your body. You will always be welcomed and followed for the correctness of the exercises😊😊😊

The club is difficult to find, there are no signs. The room is cramped, dirty. The tiles that used to be light gray are already black. The trainers are worn out. The stretching mats are dead. The stretching area is on bare tiles, without carpet. The trainers are inactive and do not work on scripts and standards. I have something to compare. This club is sad (
