I came with a child, I had to make a certificate for the kindergarten, and our therapist is on vacation, so they refer to the therapist who has 25 people in turn, and the record already packed for 10 days in advance ... I went to the manager, explained the situation, she raised her tone, although she did not give a reason, began to reprimand me to go and stand in line, and in general not to bother her with such trifles ... I tried to talk to several therapists who had no one at all, so no one wanted to help at all ... and there is a picture that two therapists are working hard, trying to help people, and the rest, together with the head, send patients to stand in line ... It is not clear why the head physician does not react at all to why the therapists do not want to help their colleagues, but simply sit in their offices and write fake reports on the admission of patients who have not come ???

We turn to the Center of primary health care # 2 (44 Magistratskaya Street) for a medical examination of children to school and kindergarten, they encountered a problem (bureaucracy), namely, a family doctor took a referral for a blood test, but here we need to get another ticket (because without a ticket, blood tests will not be accepted) and here begins an interesting, namely - I come on Monday (19.08) to the 3rd building of the institution, at the reception, come to the employee and ask to give me coupons for delivery (referral from family showed the doctor), boorish voice of labor Strawberry responds - NO TALONS ... will be on Friday (23.08), will be issued from 8 am, today (23.08) I came to the hospital at 8: 30-8: 45 to the employee at the reception and here I am answered upon the request of the coupon it was said: "All coupons have been disassembled, you do not have clear coupons, you want to take tests (physical examination), go somewhere else (like go to a private slaughterhouse)". A similar situation with the records to surgeons (only without a hard worker)! From here I have some questions: 1. What medicine are we in? 2. How time all parents to prepare children for school (because no medical examination of the child do not take school / kindergarten); 3. Where do my taxes go? Because the hospital is funded by them? 4. Are there enough reagents in the hospital to collect the assays? 5. Where is decentralization work? (Decentralization implies less bureaucracy!).
