Have had the worst experience ever at this hotel after booking the rooms and not even visiting them could not get the refund back! The front desk staff is very unexperienced! The hotel administrator rang me back 3 days later with a blaming attitude, so much unprofessional and rude! The sauna we stayed in has been dirty and smell of dampness you can feel the minute you come in.. Would not recommend staying in or even near this hotel. Very much disappointed in staff, Ukrainian service will always stay Ukrainian until such people work in hotel industry..

Impeccably clean place, friendly staff, delicious food, excellent service. Conviniently located right near city's popular Harvest (Урожай) market.

The best hotel in which I was, without exaggeration. 100% I will come back here and advise others. My only regret is that I did not use all the opportunities (pool, for example). But nothing later. Incredibly quiet, clean, tidy, cozy. Took a double standard on the top floor - 🔥. Agree, to lie down in the evening to have a rest and to have before eyes not only the TV, but also lights of the night city is wow. Very pleasant and friendly staff, polite. From administrators to cleaners. I am especially grateful for the hospitality of the administrator Julia, if I'm not mistaken. We hope that she was given our small thanks, because honestly, we were able to thank her in time in person. The chefs are also excellent. They refused lunch, but breakfast is so delicious and hearty that they barely milked. I definitely want to come back and taste something more caloric from your chefs.🌚 By the way, the location is also very favorable. Nearby is a shopping center, some of the advantages of which are billiards and bowling, ATB and tram stops. Very close to the city center.) Thank you for the rest, you are cool! 💫

Very, very cozy place! It's nice to just go to a cafe and drink coffee in a hurry. In this case, no one will look at you with condemnation, such as WHAT COMES JUST. The hotel itself can be assessed only on the positive side: it is spacious, clean, cozy. In the morning they are treated to breakfast (in any case it was in 2015) There is a parking lot, a summer breakfast. And all this in the heart of the city practically. The staff is friendly and hospitable. In my opinion - one of the best hotels in Vinnytsia. I wish prosperity to the institution!
