We have traveled throuout Europe in including Belarus, Poland and other places in Ucraine. Sad to say, this is probably our worst service experience in that regard. Promesed Fitnessroom and Sauna not availeble, messing towels, booked bathtub not there, not to mention anavaialble wifi and the adverticed minibar. But the worst Was the receptionist. Since we are a bit older, we know the hotelservice etc in Soviet times- the Lady was obviesly a relic of those times. If you want to have a flashback of the late 1970's , just go there. Sad to say that we normaly write positiv ratings, but this is an exception.
