Comfortable rooms

Stayed as a family of 4. We lived in two adjacent rooms (children, adults). The hotel is wonderful in every way. They took us warmly, settled quickly. Administrator Natalia is a professional beyond praise. Due to the lockdown, it is difficult to eat. She advised us on options and helped resolve the issue. A friendly, polite, caring girl. Tea and coffee are freely available around the clock. Noise isolation is excellent. Breakfast at any convenient time, several dishes to choose from, fresh and delicious! Cleanliness and comfort. We had a great rest! Thank you very much! We will always stay here.

Great hotel! The rooms are cozy, freshly beautifully renovated, the service was very pleased: friendly, polite girls, they will always help, they will prompt everywhere, offer the best option. Nice breakfast included in the price (you can choose from 5 courses). Snow-white towels and bedding, shower gel and shampoo (in one bottle), hairdryer, tea and coffee in unlimited quantities, refrigerator (not in the room, but nearby), in general, everything is there for convenience. 5+ highly recommend!
