Vinnytsia Police Department. I had a fraud case opened. To simplify his work, I provided the investigator with almost everything, just call, write and the like, according to the powers and responsibilities ... After opening the proceedings, I called the investigator many times and came to the office. Then, looking at the fact that it is simply impossible to catch the investigator, and the duty officer tells me, I can't help you, it is better to write to the chief, I wrote the letter. And what did I get ?? And I received a reply that my investigator was promoted, and my case has been closed for a long time, as they did not find the corpus delicti ... Even according to the law, I was not notified. I thought at first to apply for inaction to Avakov and the prosecutor's office, but given that in the country today such a mess as never before, decided to keep his nerves. Now I am absolutely convinced that our POLICE is not a defender of the interests of citizens, they serve the interests of the oligarchic clan power, receive a salary, wear a uniform, and work for themselves ... Citizens count on your strength !!!

They will find any excuse not to accept the application. While waiting for the investigator (about 30 minutes), two more people complained of fraud. And everyone was unsubscribed to where. It is thanks to such famous "policemen" that it is easier to be a bandit in the country than a citizen.
