I sincerely recommend this Estate, because if it were not for the hospitable and humane owner, we would have stayed on the street. Another property was booked in advance, but we were confronted with the fact with the words "We did not include you in the registration list." Now I understand that everything is for the better. We only planned to spend the night in the Smotrych estate, but we liked the estate so much that we stayed for a few more days. A special charm is added by the stream that flows under the house. I have trouble sleeping, but I slept like a baby. In general, I am a lark, but I did not want to leave my cozy bed on the 3rd floor. The estate has all the amenities from constant hot water to free wi-fi and parking. There are all the conditions for cooking, especially entertained barbecue. Everything is tidy in the rooms and around the estate. I feel that I will return here again soon with friends. (I especially liked the mirror, I wanted to take it with me, and the well reminded me of my grandmother's house)

Many thanks to the owner Peter for hospitality and a wonderful holiday before climbing the Montenegrin ridge! The owner has provided us with additional benefits that are not specified in the description of the estate: 1) free parking for the entire period (hike) 4 days the car was in a protected area with the owner for free! 2) The owner has a free barbecue area with a wonderful barbecue in the middle of the room - the owner gave firewood for free and even made a hearth in advance for us (charcoal for barbecue). Because we entered the Manor on the first night. 3) The owner organized a transfer to the mountain and from another settlement from Lozeshchyna - at normal prices. 4) Took our group on the first night and placed in beautiful, new and very neatly cleaned rooms. prices - approx. quality - ok! see you Peter!

A fabulous place that compensates a hundredfold, time spent on the road. Ideal for climbing Pip Ivan Chornohirsky. Rested in the company of 10 people, we were deliciously fed after the road, all comfortably accommodated and everyone found a hobby: who is high in the mountains, who is for mushrooms, and who just enjoy the mountain air without even getting up from the swing. Friendly, unobtrusive host who will tell and tell everything. If you want a quiet holiday with mountain walks, then you are here.

Были в августе. Понравилось практически все. Окно в ванной вываливалось только и мы никак не могли его закрыть. Позвали хозяина, у него вышло. Дверь в туалет стеклянная и изнутри имеет просто занавеску. Когда включён свет в туалете - силуэт очень хорошо просматривается))))) Звукоизоляция конечно просто ... ее нет :) но это проблема всех деревянных домов.

Sadiba Smotrich. I liked it very much. Booked a room a day before. We arrived, we were received, the room was practically all made of wood, a huge window overlooking the mountain, a large double bed, a shower and toilet on the floor, everything was also clean. Very welcoming host Anatoly. The internet speed is good. If you ascend Pip Ivan, then it will stop in this garden :). Near shop, cheese dairy. Four for one reason only, in our room there were some termites-ants. They probably lived in a tree somewhere. We were not particularly frightened or disturbed, but without them it would have been a welcome. Thank you very much. Recommended.
