Extremely dissatisfied with the services! I wanted to make a present for the girl in the form of spa treatments. Met the hostess of the complex, very friendly and so on. But, when I asked what was included in the range of services that I ordered and whether there was a massage there, I did not receive an exact answer, upon arrival it turned out that my girlfriend was offered to do bodies, including breasts, and this was supposed to be done by a man, of course she refused ... The procedures are useful and so on and so on, but you are obliged to warn about such moments.

My husband and I had a wedding anniversary. We decided to spend it in the hamam. The date was booked a month in advance. Before the event itself on Thursday, they called to clarify whether everything was in effect, since they were just introducing a weekend quarantine, and our trip was planned for Sunday. The director assured that they are a medical organization and that they are not quarantined. On Saturday at lunchtime they typed them again, we were assured - everything works. On Sunday morning they kissed the castle. The sleepy administrator told me that from today they just don't work. They tried to call us at 21 pm, but could not (we turn on the do not disturb mode on the phone because of a small child), and we have already clarified twice and did not expect a catch. Instead of somehow smoothing out the situation, the administrator, and then the director herself, was rude and behaved very insolently. I understand that quarantine is not a fault, but they did not even try to somehow remedy the situation and leave a good impression of the institution. The holiday was spoiled by the lack of a spa program and surprisingly boorish behavior. The prices in the establishment are not small and it is very surprising how easily the staff is scattered by customers. Summary: if at least something goes like this (judging by the other comments left here) you will be fooled from head to toe.

I love SPA treatments and visit various establishments. But after Hammam you want to come back here again and again. The establishment has a pleasant aura, sounds of relaxation, scents create the right mood, professional and skilled staff do everything with love and with a personal touch. Harmony is evident throughout. They really work for the client here. If you want to feel like a queen then this place is for you! I am happy that there is a place where I enjoy paradise. It is so sweet and warm, love and care, comfort and harmony prevail. Every cell in my body thanks me for the incredible care. After such self-care - wings grow and you want to live even more !!!
