Come to buy cigarettes today. At the box office on the armchair there is one seller who has folded his hands, next to the cigarette case there is another and it's nice to talk about something there. My cigarettes are 42 UAH, I give the cashier girl 100 UAH, on which she asked me to give her small money, I gave another 2 UAH to make it more convenient for me to give the rest. The cashier in such a tone, as if I came to her home asking for alms, refusing me to serve, like the rest of her and do not go and go wherever you want and look for those 42 hryvnas without the rest. After I asked to call the administrator and provide a review book of those offers then I still sold the cigar and found the rest. But courageously answered that it was my zagganka to see the administrator on Sunday and it was impossible, in the book of reviews, the proposals were also rejected. There was no time for this and I decided not to insist. Whatever I do, I hear from my relatives and neighbors the first time about the rudeness of the staff in this store, especially if it concerns the rest. I hope this post will be seen by someone from the management and will do some work to teach the staff to behave in a prism seller-client, and some sort of service standards.
