We had a wonderful experience. The room was newly renovated with wood and tile accents. Each room has its own bathroom, tv, fridge, outdoor balcony, and closet. The whole site was well kept and lush with gardens. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner and all of the food was homemade and delicious. Victoria was a wonderful host and accommodating to our requests. The river is a short walk from the room and tanning chairs were provided.

They wanted to rest, but the rest did not work. Everything is very well described to you on the website and when booking, but in reality everything is not so rosy. 1) In the corridors of houses are asked to walk without shoes, without offering anything in return. Only when they said, then they gave out disposable slippers. Although in fact for 15 minutes near us several times residents passed by shoes ... 2) Neither to charge the equipment, nor to read the book. The room has two double sockets and one single. But they are all busy. Included TV and satellite tuner, air conditioning and bedside lamp, refrigerator. When we told the administrator about it, we were offered a tee ... after such an offer they didn't even talk about the light, and it is very weak there. 3) On the phone we were told that we could collect water and boil for tea on the street, near barbecues. Indeed, there is a sink near the grill, but I accidentally noticed where they get their water from. The photo shows that water is taken from the river, passed through a filter in which its own ecosystem has already appeared, and dissolved in all barbecues. It is unknown where they get water from the rooms and the kitchen, but I sincerely hope it is not from the river. 4) Parking is available, but only formal. In the photo there is a good parking lot for several cars, but in reality it is all busy and you will be told to park in a vacant lot, a little above the base. 5) Went into the dining room, asked what they would give for dinner. We were told: "Buckwheat with mushrooms, salad, compote." And it costs 140 hryvnias. In the morning pancakes with jam and tea 90 UAH. The prices are unbelievably simple. The director of the base assured us that a young inexperienced girl just worked in the cafe and she got something wrong. It didn't seem so to us because the girl works there obviously not the first day. 6) The entrance to the river on a stone staircase, near them is constantly a bunch of leaves, algae and other dirt. And in 5 - 7 meters from the shore in general a continuous strip of algae 2 meters wide, which can not be crossed in any way. We were told that there is no way to fight it and there is simply nothing to swim so far ... 7) No claims to the administrator of Victoria. A young girl who skillfully works out a salary. But the director reacts a little inadequately to the remarks. At first I listened calmly, and then told us violently that we could come before booking and see if everything suits us. Well, later, without listening to the end, I turned around and left. 8) There is no road, so to speak. Primer sprinkled with PGS and washed away by rains. I thought I would leave the car suspension there ... Taking such fabulous money for a vacation, you can invest a little more in maintaining the cleanliness of the bathing area, water supply, staff. 9) When solving the problem, the director promised us that the money would be returned to us in one day (when booking, it was paid for two days in advance). But when we called to clarify when the money will be, we were told that no customers were found in our place, so no one will return the money to us. Here are such liars working there ... P.S .: Draw your own conclusions ... P.P.S: And I'm not blaming anyone for no reason. He confirmed everything he could with photos. What I could not - read the past negative reviews. All with about the same comments ...

Very beautiful nature on the territory, green, good conditions, many gazebos, barbecues, beaches, sunbeds. Slightly small portions and expensive. Firewood 60 UAH. The catamarans were broken (so said the girl at the bar who runs them), apparently after a big storm reinsured. Wishes to the owners: hire a local craftsman to twist, repair, repaint, putty, etc., because the prices are already higher than in Europe, and the equipment lags far behind! Although, I talked to a Polish Pole who was looking for a Ukrainian woman, he was satisfied!

Very beautiful landscape. It's probably too noisy in the summer. You have to come even with your cups and salt, because every request to the administration causes dissatisfaction on their part, although the necessary things are provided.

More than once we had a rest at this base, we were satisfied, but recent visits made us a little upset that the taps were turned off near the grills and it was forbidden to use water.
