I would title this "how to destroy your happy mood in 5 steps and in less than 10 min" First the good things: the territory is very beautiful. Green hills, cows occasionally being walked, great view as you arrive, nice cottages, and overall decent territory with access to a clear warm river, both on a small pebble beach and a wooden platform. That's all folks. The good stops here. First of sll the road to the premises are absolutely horrible. Be ready! As you arrive you wait 5 minutes in front of the gate because no one gets up from their seat to open, although the admin cabin is right in front of the entry. The check in is extremely slow, but ok, you're here to relax so relax. You're finally checked in after you make a transfer by bank account or pay by cash - no card payment, although they have internet. As you reach the room there is the basic essential, meaning a bed, a bathroom, 3 wooden chairs and a small wooden table. Oh and tv of course. No mini fridge, no kettle. Which translates into "anything you want to eat or drink, you need to pay for". Also because if you're cought eating something or drinking in the room you get fined. Water bottles as welcoming courtesy ? Yeah keep dreaming! ))) The bed is NOT comfortable. Do-it-yourself type of structure with thin mattress. If you have back problems or are picky, be aware! Also very poor internet. If any available. And your 4g will hardly be an option. I tend to think that this can also be a plus though. Disconnecting from time to time isnt bad! But ok, we're here to relax, so let's relax. You therefore reach the beach. As one of the many rules states, you cannot take the towel from the room, and since the chaise longue is included in the price of the room, you would expect they will provide a towel. Nope - and my problem is that there is no mention of this when you book the room. So you have to rent towels. Fair enough, not a huge price, but it's the principle i dont like. Then comes the magical moment of testing food. You are proposed a menu "a la carte" and a 4 options menu for morning, lunch and dinner. When ordering i got to know that only 2 of the 4 options were available. Ok. Of course the food was not good. I like ukrainian food, but i like good Ukrainian even when simple. Soup with buckwheat was decent, meat was cold and partially uncooked, potatoes were just about warm, and the salad was cucombers tomato and onion. Difficult to mess that one up. As i asked for water i was kindly invited to go make that kind of order at the bar on the wooden platform because they wouldnt bring it. My honest advice to anyone in the area of kaminets-podilskyi who wants to come to this very pretty area: come early morning and leave after sunset. No point staying overnight in this place, which is the only avialable to host anyone in this period. You pay a fairly high price and don't get much except a roof over your head and a very nice natural environment which should and can anyways be free of charge! The service is very weak and the structure is in fast development which means more and more people will start coming which will add to the above negative points, an overcrowd of people.

Great idea - bad performance. Beautiful room with a large terrace, beautiful nature - this "good" ends. The beds are incredibly hard and creak with every movement, the pillows are stuffed like cotton wool - it's very difficult to sleep on it. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, it is impossible to pay by card in the "restaurant" - if you forgot the cache, you will go back to Kamyanets to withdraw money. The kitchen is awful, there is no sanitation - during a coronavirus pandemic, waiters are without masks or with masks on their mouths. Terrible Russian pop plays in the bar. Everywhere there are warnings about fines, everything is forbidden: do not eat / drink alcohol in the rooms, do not cover (although there is an ashtray on the table), do not take a towel from the room to the beach, etc. If you want to walk around the neighborhood, keep in mind that going out / entering the territory is not easy: there is no one at the reception, so you need to look for someone to close behind you, and then call to open. The staff mostly tries, but it is obvious that they are not trained and there are very few of them - the owners saved on this and as a result received a service below any standards. I put one star, because all this in a heap turned the vacation into a waste of time and left not very good feelings. Like a cherry on a cake, a local worker with Zek tattoos rudely sat down.

Pros: 1. Air conditioners in the rooms. 2. Beautiful landscapes around. 3. Friendly staff. Cons: 1. It was not cleaned in one room at check-in, we had to call the administrator and wait for another cleaning (although the room was booked in advance). 2. Room planning is not practical, had 3 rooms, including 2 checkpoints, 6 people 1 toilet and shower. Apart from soap, there are no personal hygiene products. No refrigerator. 3. The road to the hotel is very bad (~ 9 km). 4. The rooms do not catch WiFi. 5. From about 20:00 to 23:00 on the territory of the chanson disco, which is heard within a radius of several kilometers, there is no way to be quiet in the evening, spoils the whole atmosphere 6. Food on the territory is not expensive, but the quality is appropriate. Breakfast is included in the price, but it is difficult to eat. Breakfast until 10, and you can order something from 12. That is, if you have not eaten, you have to wait another 2 hours. 7. The beach is dirty, at the bottom of algae and debris. 8. There are two parking lots on the territory, each time you leave / enter the territory you need to call the administrator and wait for the person who will open the gate from 10 minutes.
