I really liked our holidays in this charming place . It was fairytale in winter time! Lovely hotel, very comfortable bed, good location + friendly + helpful staff! Thank you for wonderful assistance and courtous hospitility.

Rude and unprofessional staff. We asked for a reservation 3 times and got 3 different prices, each time higher.

The hotel is new. Numbers; modern design, night lighting of the bathroom, room temperature electronic device, heated floor by the window, electric clothes dryer after skating plus, safe, electric kettle, bathrobe, slippers and a separate towel for SPA, the room is clean. SPA; swimming pool overlooking the route of Bukovel, Jacuzzi, Roman steam room, all on level. Restaurant; breakfast + lunch buffet, everything is fresh, delicious, just enough, for the rest gained extra pounds, the only downside. The restaurant overlooks Bukovel, as well as a terrace with a fireplace, a game table - mini football overlooking Polyanytsya. Dinner on the menu, moderate prices are all delicious. There is also a fitness center. Dryer for ski equipment, own parking. WiFi level, a bunch of channels, Megogo + YouTube. There is a melon road climb, preferably in winter all-wheel drive, and so everything is super. Reception; friendly, attentive. Congratulations to Serhiy from a couple from Lviv. Before meeting .

I recommend to all! Even as a family hotel. Very helpful and caring staff. Cleanliness and shine everywhere! The rooms offer excellent views of the mountains and ski slopes. The kitchen is just great! Great breakfasts and lunches for both children and gourmets. Keep it up guys! We will definitely come back here!
