На сайті готелю та його сторінці в інстаграмі невірна інформація про роботу басейнів. Скрізь вказано, що басейни на вулиці працюють весь рік. Про те, що це не так, нас ніхто не повідомив навіть тоді коли ми оплачували вхід. По факту працює тільки один басейн з 6 до 9 вечора, який знаходиться через дорогу від основної спа зони. Коли я звернулася до адміністрації з питанням чому про це ніде не написано, вони відповіли, що треба про все їм телефонувати зарання і уточнювати. І що до інформації на сторінці готелю вони не мають відношення.
