Покупали с сотрудниками розы на юбилей начальницы. Огромный букет везли в машине. Через 30 минут пришло время поздравлять, а цветы все опали и остались одни стебли. Вот это мы и присели. Пришлось срочно втридорога заказывать новый букет, но уже в другом магазине.

Completely disappointed! Ordered 51 roses for 855 hryvnias. Asked to pack on top, as they had to take them to another city by bus. Clarified 3 times to pack, brought unpacked. They asked for blue and silver packaging for flowers, and brought mint and white. But it's still nothing, I think as it is, because we were late for the bus, because I asked for delivery at 9 am, said they would bring from 9:00 to 9:30, brought at 9:37. Assured that the supply of roses is fresh, and everything will be fine. They brought sluggish flowers with black petals. We argued that we stored them incorrectly for 1.5 hours !!!!!!!!! I think if the roses are fresh, they will not turn black in 1.5 hours! Especially brought already as in the photo. They refused to return the money and stopped answering calls. I didn't really want to give such flowers, I had to buy a new bouquet, just throw 855 UAH in the trash (
