A platform for discos and entertainment events. The name "Cage" was given during the USSR when the dance floor was surrounded by a fence around the perimeter and looked like a cage (later it was reconstructed and erected concrete structures). This was done so that without a ticket you could not go to the disco. "Klitka" gained the "fame" of the most dangerous disco in the city somewhere in the 70s and 80s, due to constant fights and fights that arose among young people. In those years, young people in the city were divided into districts (Field, Station, Kroshnya, Yemchyky, Rudnya, Novosevernaya, 105-ka, Square, etc.) and rested there in a group when the guys came from another area - the fight began, almost always mass and with arrival of militia. In the 90's, the distribution of youth "by district" gradually disappeared and fights became less widespread, and in the new millennium, discos were almost not held there. In the 10 years of the new millennium, it almost burned down and is now not used for its intended purpose and is being destroyed. It is not even planned to restore it as a board.
