Good service.

I give 1 star for careless attitude to other people's packages. I came to pick up a parcel from China today. The woman, (she was a little nasty to me) when she was looking for my parcel, managed to drop several strangers. There was also a box with other parcels, she touched it and everything fell to the floor. She didn't even try to be a little more careful. Therefore .. your fragile package may suffer.

I use the services of this department almost every day, only positive impressions. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The service is not up to par. Parcels and letters are lost. You will not hear the answer to any question. (2 stars is an advance, compared to Nova Poshta, it is an objective 0). Such is the reality ... There are many directions for growth - take and improve. I miss 7 departments - it was really the best.

Subjective opinion. The friendly staff, there are nuances, but without them.
