The most horrible branch of Ukrposhta I have ever seen. Turtles are faster than female turtles. There is not enough anger towards them. To send the parcel waited 45 minutes. And attention, on the street !!!! Because they don't have the opportunity to come in with a wheelchair. I am already silent about people with wheelchairs. There is no ramp. Once they lost my translation. Three times she came and asked if he had, each time she said no, and the fourth time they said that he had been standing for a month and had to return it to the sender. Just horror and all

Of course, the department is so-so. The computer will always run out. Serving slowly. And recently, in general, there was an unpleasant incident, I send parcels to that branch every day, mainly in my packaging, and then the operator once again tells me after sending 5 parcels: 'Maybe you can buy something from me, a chocolate bar, a newspaper or top up your account, and then go here all the time, make dispatches, but I don't earn anything on you, and they don’t pay me money for serving you, and registering parcels ..... And then I fell into the sediment from hearing this unexpected. Who often goes there, knows the lady, the rude blonde. No service!

This is by far the slowest Ukrposhta branch (of those that I know). Suitable for those clients who are in no hurry and have time left. Of the four, only two cash desks work, the operators seem to be in slow motion (it's not about the work of computers, but about the motor skills of the hands - one unfortunate letter can be viewed in the hands for two minutes (!)

Ukrposhta is a place where you always spend a lot of time on any service. Of course, this is not only in this department, but in everyone. Customer service takes a lot of time. Of the three box offices, two always work. It takes a lot of time to send a parcel. Ukrposhta team, I hope in the near future you will automate the customer base and will be able to pull up information automatically. Currently, compared to other delivery services, Ukrposhta lags far behind.
