Ukrposhta has never been my favorite, but sometimes I have to use their services, as some online stores only work for sending to their branches and so on. I had a similar situation yesterday, December 26, 2020. Kasta recently announced the opening of a new branch together with this branch of Ukrposhta. I decided to try. It was the worst visit of my life. First, it's hard to call it a KastaPost branch. Just a fitting booth right under the CCTV camera - hello privacy - even if you want to try something on, you can become a "public figure" without your knowledge. Secondly, you still have to live to see that fitting. Ukrposhta has wonderful and latest supercomputers that work in single-task mode. And as long as the person in front of you will inspect and try on things, the rest of the queue will be simply "paralyzed". Thirdly. You also need to find that quest. At first, an incompetent employee from the box office №1 sent me and another couple to stand in the longest (and only at the time of the visit) queue at the box office №3. The queue did not move anywhere for a long time, and an incompetent employee from the cash desk №2 began to command that to receive parcels, including and from the Caste, at the moment we can at the box office №8, №9 and №10. We approached those checkouts, but №8 and №9 just said "Go to №10" and an incompetent №10 cashier said "No-no-no, Caste is only issued at checkout 3". Well, we returned to the box office №3. Fortunately, my turn was next. However, as it turned out, I was happy early. I go to the cash desk №3, and there the employee tells me - "No, the Caste is issued only at the 4th box office, we only have that computer can issue parcels." To say I was surprised is no. We went to the box office №4. Here came a few more interesting things - who uses Caste, knows what I'm talking about - a couple of my friends unfortunately took 3 parcels, and 2 of them did not suit them. And here came a great innovation from Ukrposhta - the employee said that "at the moment" they do not have the function of selective receipt of parcels, and either they take everything or nothing. Of course, people gave up everything. And here, finally, it was my turn. They brought me my 3 parcels, I was not going to inspect them, the amount was prepared in cash without the rest, but I spent at least another 15 minutes signing the receipt, signing a total of 18 different receipts sent from their miracle computers to the printer. , which prints a little slower than Babbage's machine. This is how I got a visit to the miracle mail. I spent 44 minutes in the office, although I was just going to pick up 3 parcels without inspection and paying for them in cash and without the rest. If you are going to go on a lunch break or just on the way to this institution - plan the route in advance. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this organization. P.S. By the way, as for "cash" and "without the rest" - this is also a bitter experience of receiving parcels and letters - they often do not work terminals, and bills over 20 UAH cause instant paralysis of the department, and the cashier runs to all cash registers, exchanging money.

This is complete horror, not Ukrposhta. Parcel notifications do not arrive. For the 2nd month my parcels are "hanging" somewhere. I am pregnant, I asked the human postman to bring my parcels to the specified address, and I agreed. And as a result - there are no parcels. I asked the person to go and ask the department if there were any parcels. So they (in the department) do not provide information to outsiders, the department says that "track your parcels" the question "how?" if my parcel is simple with aliexpress ...?! She came to the Aliexpress website in a month ?! No reference number, nothing. My previous parcel was given to another person who calls me that my parcel in it is the norm !? For that they "check" passports, how so you checked that gave to other person ????? Hey, what do you (Ukrposhta) get money for?
