For 12 years, my family and I have been regular customers of the brand. It's great that you can buy things Reserved in Ternopil. But. Yesterday I tried to buy my son a jacket and a hat. The child liked things so much that we decided not to wait for Black Friday, but to leave the store immediately. However, they waited at the cash register for half an hour, trying to make a payment - the terminal refused to accept money. And I understand that, breakdowns happen. When I asked to write down my phone number and call when the terminal resumed its work, the seller replied that I should just come in the morning. OK. But no one apologized to us, did not thank for patience and wasted time, for how unpleasant it was to remove from the child things that I could not pay for the fault of the store, did not say "Goodbye, come again." Unpleasant sediment from boring service.

On the label itself it says what is done in Poland, and where in Ukrainian it is what is done in China. That's interesting ... The prices are expensive, and the fabric is banal polyester, from which I conclude that this store has such high prices solely for its name. Clothing models are not bad enough, but the same can be bought for less money.
