the bar is good, the menu is good and the prices are affordable, and the last time they were at Michael's they waited a long time to order (an hour) and the waiter spoke on the phone and served coffee in 20 minutes. and barely warm

It's awful. I live in a house next door, and every night, under the windows, alcoholics who are drunk in a manhattan scream.
