Hello, today I accidentally got an interview, I can't imagine how the employees work in this clinic. Absolutely boorish attitude. It feels like Ruslan is looking for a bride and not an administrator. I think that in fact such qualities as professionalism, sociability, knowledge of English, account promotion skills, analytical thinking are absolutely valued in the selection of staff. I definitely would not like to work in this clinic. But I was not surprised when I saw a lot of negative feedback! Good luck Ruslan in finding staff! Learn to appreciate a person's personality!
