He had an unpleasant situation with this bank. Took a car loan in 2020. For the convenience of redemption, I made a debit card for redemption, but mostly repaid through the cash register. He always closed with large sums, so the interest rates were constantly decreasing. Here, in September, I close the body of the loan in the middle of the month, and put UAH 9,951.00 on the card to withdraw during the payment period, according to the application and bank employees, the payment should have been 7,000 kopecks, but I specially put it in reserve. On September 28, the payment is not automatically deducted, so I call the branch, I say that the payment is not withdrawn, for which I am recommended to repay manually, which I did. On October 3, I received a message that I had an arrears on the card of UAH 9951.00, to which I called the hotline and asked how they had repaid the loan twice in the amount of UAH 9951.00, if I had permission to minus the card did not give, the credit at me for that period was repaid completely, and on what rights to me made a minus on a card if even the credit was not repaid, there should be a minus on the credit, instead of on a card. I received a reply, I have a regular payment for this amount, although my loan payment was much smaller, and in previous months I had no regular payment, and the bank connected the regular payment yesterday. To which I asked to file a complaint against the illegal actions of the bank. They said that they would drop the complaint number tomorrow. The next day, an employee of the bank, whose branch is located at the station square 11, called me and asked me not to call anywhere else, that this was a mistake of the bank and they would correct it within a week. The hotline, of course, did not reset the number of the complaint. I think okay, everything happens. But here comes the date of the next payment, I open the application, and there the payment is UAH 9,951.00 higher, and is almost UAH 16,000.00, although primarily according to the contract it was around UAH 10,000.00. Accordingly, I call the bank again to the employee, and ask for my payment, to which I am told that there is an error in their application, and my payment is around UAH 5,700.00. But I think I'll ask at the hotline, explain the situation to them, to which I get the answer that the hotline does not provide information on car loans and contact me at the branch where I took the loan to find out the amount of payment on the loan, to which I replied that they I have already been given it, and I will pay it accordingly. And here's the news, when I pay at the branch, I'm told that my payment is almost 16,000 hryvnias, which is a gross violation of the terms of the contract by the bank, I say that the employees said to pay around 5800.00 hryvnias, I repay 6000.00 UAH On November 4, I received a message from the bank that I had an overdue debt of almost UAH 9,500.00, although if I took the payment under the contract, if I did not repay faster, it would be around UAH 10,000.00, and the previous month the payment was around UAH 7,700, 00 грн. Accordingly, I called the hotline, where they said that now they will check, and then said that they do not know, find out and call back, but no one called, sent a complaint number L-3811, which has been 11 days, but no one and I did not report the result. I called the branch, they said they would find out, and the employee provided me with information unofficially, he no longer works for them, they found out for 3 days, then said that my issue was partially resolved, but I will have to pay another 950 , 00 UAH interest, I asked why when I paid UAH 6000.00, the interest was not repaid in the first place, as it must be, why the terms of the agreement were violated, according to which on this date I had to pay 4826.13 UAH for the loan, the rest interest, and the bank credited UAH 6,000.00 to the body of the loan, not repaying interest, thereby grossly violating the terms of the contract, why interest in the application knocked out around UAH 850.00, the bank employee reported UAH 850.00, and I have to pay 950.00 UAH, for all these questions received in and the answer that the employee does not know that I do not take his time. Therefore, this is a "sharashkin office", fraudulent machinations of which need to be investigated by regulatory authorities.

the hours of work specified on Saturday are not correct, the Call Center operator does not even know about it: the branch on Saturday at 14.35 is already closed.
