Ururu Park Rozvah

We were in the park for the first time. We were advised and were very impressed and satisfied. Live dinosaurs are impressive, especially in the dark. A variety of climbing frames for both children and adults. Amusement park with different types of slides, in particular for snow tubing. There were no problems with queues. In the evening the slides are illuminated (the only thing that is illuminated), so you can safely ride when the sun has set. Entrance is 150 UAH, but for 150 it is not possible to enter the park, as a separate entrance to Ururu is closed and you need to go through the Vikings Bay, and there to pay an additional 50 UAH per person. There was no charge for the car. The only downside so far is the lack of lighting in the park. It would be good to light at least one path to the exit, because it is very dark and you have to go with flashlights. One more. The park is open until 8 pm, it is already dark at 5 pm and there is nothing else to do except snowboarding, because I will repeat once again that it is dark and there is no lighting, even on the playground.

There are not enough tubes !!! On weekends you have to stand in line for a long time. Nobody thought of taking from a person who went down to the bottom of the tubes and give the first one in line. Children can ride for half a day and everyone else is standing and waiting for a free tube. We paid UAH 200 for the entrance and barely went down 2 times. On the higher slides the envelopes for skating were wet, they slowed down the descent, so when we saw it, we didn't even try to go down. I don't recommend it! At least on the weekends that's for sure! Admission is 150 UAH, but for 150 it is not possible to get there, because the entrance is only through Bay V. and for the entrance you pay another + 50 UAH per person + for a car! At the entrance, too, there is a queue because one person takes money from people and glues bracelets and still removes bracelets from those who go out🤦‍♀️ Only dinosaurs were amused. We want to organize the work so that there are not as many dissatisfied people as we saw this weekend!

The park itself is not bad and there are many attractions, but there are a couple of important points, of which the rating is minimal: 1. Entrance from 90 cm in height is paid and is considered as for an adult - a child is 3 years old and is considered an adult :) 2. Entrance and exit are one-time, and if you want to take a break and go out to have a bite, then again you have to pay for the entrance (150 UAH per person).

Skiing on tubes is not regulated at all. The first who took the tubes are still riding, the others are standing stupidly. We waited 45 minutes and did not wait for the tube. Asked to call the administrator who did not allow himself to come to us. We returned to the box office and demanded a refund because we could not use the service of tube skating, which was announced at the entrance. The cashier refused both to provide the documents and to call the administrator - although the girl was adequate and she was stupidly left to communicate with a dissatisfied client. The administration does not want to communicate with the client at all. After the conflict began to escalate, someone called the cashier and tried to return the money. It is a pity for such an attitude, because the issue of settling queues on the tubes is solved by one person who, in principle, was there.
