Hello ! I want to express my gratitude to the Umka store. I have been their customer for a long time. 10 years ago we had our first child. That's where we found everything we needed in anticipation of this event and that's where the best baby strollers were. new despite more than 10 years since we bought it. I compose my sincere thanks to all the consultants who helped me to get the joy of this moment - you are the best it will happen so quickly could not help me in this work because when I called the store they helped me choose the right things that I am very happy with the look and quality and price that brought great satisfaction to our whole family when we were discharged. Sellers-consultants took me all to the maternity hospital, even a few times they had to do it because the size of our baby was not large, it was necessary to exchange things, it all took a lot of their time, but they are nice and cute and understanding of what created in I have the best impressions of these people - because they gave me and my family with their services unforgettable moments of happiness in the birth of our second son! For me it was one of the best children's stores in Ternopil, we are regular customers there, we buy clothes for children every season. Till today ( We arrived half an hour before the closing, the sellers, in addition to welcoming further reactions to zero, there is nothing to help look for at least the size. This is the first minus Second: the child wanted to go to the toilet. With the appearance of a feat, we were allowed to use the interior of the store. After the child immediately went to check, gave a lecture that this is a service toilet and not for visitors and they do not have a cleaner. (All in all it was necessary to wash off 2 times in a toilet). The third minus. Then there were remarks that it is faster because we will close soon, although we were measuring clothes at that time. Instead of helping and we quickly found what we needed, they just tried to push us away. It is unpleasant. Customers are not valued here, although today we bought almost a thousand hryvnias in half an hour. Vendors either teach to be kinder to people or change to professional. In general, today the impressions are very bad. The sellers were in the mood "what are you stuck with, knock down faster"

The other day with a girlfriend for the first time visited the supermarket Umka. Impressions, in general, were great. The range of clothes is very large and overpriced goods are also many. The sellers helped to pick up and find everything we wanted. We were satisfied with the purchase. that the owner of the store (as I later found out) persistently tried to show me her professionalism, although the seller and so laid out in front of me on all 100. On the part of the buyer, the owner behaved rudely in relation to his seller.

For a long time with his wife chose a stroller. At least 5 stores were bypassed. Purchased at the Umka store and were satisfied. The nice staff, the best prices, are able to order the goods from the catalog for any taste. I recommend it!
