Here comes out some "nice" woman of such you know "Soviet hardening", I don't even know what position she can take, and starts nervously asking in high tones what I want from them, and their lawyers don't give advice to "people from the street" . An interesting epithet, right ?? In the end, the administrator calmed her down a bit, I waited, they took the phone with the intention to call back. It was all in mid-January, for a month no one usually called. I am attaching a screen from their site with the specified information about legal services, which do not exist, unfortunately. Apparently, such a good laboratory should first of all take care of the adequacy of its own staff, an unpleasant impression, more precisely, I will not turn to this network for any question or analysis.

Terrible service, without specifying the person and the direction number made analyzes and issued an invoice. They did not want to provide advice, did not announce the preliminary cost of tests. Uneducated and rude staff.

The laboratory is good, the endocrinologist (woman) turned out to be just a nutritionist. If you have thyroid problems, it is better to look for another doctor.
