I ordered mushroom soup because I wanted a quick snack. The order had to wait a long time (considering the fact that there were no other visitors and the soup only had to be heated and served). She could not eat, because not only was the portion very small, a little larger than a cup for Americano, and maybe the same. But the icing on the cake was the look of the dish itself: in a cup, because it wasn't even a tureen, it was really just soup (in other words, water) in which 2 small pieces of mushrooms were floating. The waiter was very surprised to my question whether it should be only water and answered "well, it's soup, and it should be, only the liquid where the mushrooms were cooked, because they (in the institution) is such a soup and except for mushrooms no more vegetables add ". I did not even try the dish and said that I would not eat such a "soup", the waiter went somewhere to clarify whether it is possible, and then returned with the words that I can cancel the order and gave very valuable advice: "look on the Internet what it looks like mushroom soup". Instead of picking up the order and saying "sorry for the inconvenience / misunderstanding .." or something like that, or not saying anything to the customer at all. Therefore, dear administration of the institution, I apologize for the inconvenience in the form of a negative response and please use your own advice and see on the Internet what mushroom soup looks like.

The place is very old and expensive, many people hold banquets and are happy there, but the establishment is not developing and I personally do not like the interior of Edelweiss, but it is delicious in them and that is a fact.
