Organized a 3-day corporate party for the company (28 people). In this company "Rafting Camp Riviera" took only ATVs for rent, 6-7 pieces in two events (ie divided into two groups of 12-14 people). All ATVs are in terrible technical condition. This is the opinion of me and all my colleagues, who at the same time work as drivers, mechanics, electricians in our company, that is, understand the state of the art. There was a defect on my ATV: when you brake, the steering wheel throws sharply to the right. I was warned about this at the last minute with such a subtext that this is a small problem, handle it. It all ended in a small accident, my partner on an ATV flew into a ditch, lucky that low speed. The first words of the instructor, who by the way was hired by the organizers on this day for our group: "You can't ride, don't sit down." However, when the ATV was pulled out and the instructor himself rode on it, trying to brake (and the steering wheel threw to the right) said that the organizers and owners of ATVs should not allow such a tool in operation and that it all ended lightly, could end much worse after an hour mountains with a slope of 60-70 degrees (the same odkugi about a bad schedule I received from colleagues who continued their journey further into the mountains, and went down the mentioned section). Conclusion: the organizers and owners do not care about the technical condition of ATVs that are killed, for the sake of earning are willing to take risks and put into operation equipment that can be killed. I don't think he has any control from the local authorities either, if that is allowed. P.S. Before our group went on a trip, the two co-owners or organizers talked to each other, that yesterday a guy and a girl flew on an ATV, he had a concussion, and her lungs were punctured. Maybe I was riding on the ATV on which the mentioned guy and girl flew? To all who plan to rent ATVs, especially in this company, I recommend to be as attentive as possible to a technical condition of the car as you will pass both the road with intensive traffic in the center of Verkhovyna, and difficult sites in mountains. At least the technical condition should be good. My colleagues and I voiced this problem to the owners!
