several times there was no text message about the arrival of the goods and staff called on the last day to report sending the parcel back. I had to hurry to look for an opportunity to go to the post office, to ask not to be sent and that I plan to pick up the parcel. The staff themselves were surprised why on the day of arrival of the goods I did not receive an SMS ... it was 2-3 times. In general, I use Ukrposhta because it has never been much cheaper than a new one.
