In general, the school is not bad. Teachers explain the material fairly readily, although, as in all institutions, there are their "special" people who will afford the extra. I would like to mention a few teachers who, in my opinion, are the best ones, namely Irina Bogdanovna (foreign literature), Natalia Petrovna (mathematics), Oksana Evgenivna (English), Galina Petrivna (special subject for cooks). As for the other teachers, I cannot pay special attention, they explained dryly, without enthusiasm, stupidly did their work, did not interest the students in any way, and then presented with the students why they were not interested in their subject. The physics teacher allowed herself to insult her opinion on the expense of my clothes, all because she did not like me to wear sportswear and especially over-the-air suits. The masters did not respond to my complaints. Separately, I want to note the hostel teacher, namely Svetlana Vasylivna. These people often afforded (almost always) a familiar address to the students who lived in the hostel, did not correctly and in an abusive form expressed their opinion about certain things, even using profanity. I understand, students know the words "bolder", but this kind of behavior on the part of the tutor is not acceptable. At the expense of other educators, I can not say anything negative, they did their job poorly enough and often helped. Hostel. If a person's toilet gets hammered, then students have two options. The first is to "punch" him in his own hand, in the true sense, thanking that at least the garbage bag was allowed to be taken and not to go there with his bare hand. The second is to tell the commandant about it. If you choose the second option, you will be waiting for the lock on the toilet. Absolutely no one cares where the whole floor will go about their business, just lock the door on the door and in a week (if you are lucky) the plumbers will come, only then the toilet will be opened. Repair of the hostel will not hurt, but for the money, everything is pretty decent. At the expense of the masters. I do not know how there are students who study in other specialties, but the chefs' skills are rather negligent in their work. Often, at lab work, no one explains anything to anyone, or they say quickly and clearly that they should explain the whole lab so that everyone understands. Sometimes you are required to know and do things that have either not been explained properly, or have missed and failed a lesson. Also, sanitary norms required the special form and shoes to be removed if a person left the work area (laboratory, kitchen), which was usually explained to us, but not controlled. I saw students quietly go out in work clothes to smoke or run around the lobby, and the masters themselves went into shape in the toilet (I hope at least their hands were cool), and then returned to the laboratory and continued classes. Kitchen. Since I was a chef at the school, I was in the dining room every week. I will say at once, I basically did not eat in the dining room at any time in 4 years. And so, let's start with the hall where everyone eats. Everything is there, of course, the old tables that have been wiped (and thank you) after each group of students who have already eaten. Where they prepare food, they quietly fill in papers or allow their teachers and children to play. About two hundred plates / cups / cutlery are washed in the same water, although both students and cooks are well aware that sanitary standards require washing dishes under running water.
