Three stars only for timely pre-orders. The last order arrived almost an hour and a half later, and then, after my request. I don't know if they would have brought flowers if I hadn't followed. P.S. Change to 1 star after communicating with support. I was told that the courier had contacted the recipient so there were no problems. The courier girl called without anything 16, brought at 16:11. Of course, the recipient was happy, because it was a surprise for her. But I was just lucky that she was still there. As a customer, I am not satisfied with the delay of almost an hour and a half.
And yes, I apologized only after my appeal in support of the words "Sorry of course for the delay, but ...". No words.
