The circle has been operating for almost 8 years. There are two groups of children - younger and older. Younger (6-8 years old) - classes are aimed more at general physical development. The task is to strengthen the child's body. Children play games, stretch, learn to fight. The main section they are studying is the struggle for the smallest Kotigoroshko. Senior (9-14) - classes have more sport orientation. The sporting direction is explored - the Ukrainian hand-man "Spas". This includes the shock technique and the fight. In summer, children's camps are being held. Our task is to teach a child to think, to strengthen the body and to teach them to protect themselves and their loved ones.

The most valuable thing in SPACE is the Ukrainian tradition and philosophy. "SPAS", like any martial art, is inextricably linked to the national outlook. In particular, if Karate uses Chinese philosophy to train fighters, Thai Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu Japanese, then SPASU Ukrainian. And with regard to physical movements, strokes, all kinds of martial arts are similar. Let's choose ours!
