Very nice stay. Extremely courteous staff.

By far the best hotel in Poltava. The building and the rooms are very nice, but what really stands out is the service. Everyone was incredibly friendly from the first moment and it felt very genuine, they are really happy to see you coming there and ready to help. Breakfast is probably the only area that could get improved - lots of choice but maybe quality could be a bit better. The hotel is on quiet street but the main waking area many caffes and restaraunts is just 500m away.

It is not 4*, I guess 3*, but in general good place to stay for a few days. Center of the city, close to the main places of Poltava

Easily the best hotel in central Poltava. Staff is friendly and the rooms are well appointed. Good value for money compared to comparable hotels in the area.
