The staff at Medion did their absolute best to accommodate me - an English speaker - at their clinic. They did wonderfully. The doctor was very kind, and the nurses did the tests with complete accuracy. Honestly much better than any clinic I’ve been to in USA. The entire process was very comfortable and convenient. Thank you!

I am an American with a Ukrainian wife, living near Poltava. I have used the services of Medion Clinic for 6 or 7 years. MRT, CT scans, ultrasound, Dr. visits, etc. This week I had major surgery. Dr. Alexander Gutnik and his surgical team were exceptional. Highly knowledgeable, professional, attentive and caring. Service with a smile (something I do not always expect in Ukraine.) Nursing staff,administrators ,housekeeping.. all were great, the best! Very good commendations in clean modern private room with bathroom, TV and good WIFI. Communication not a big problem, most spoke English. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone.

Dentist Michael is perhaps one of the best in the Ukraine. Never has an appointment been so easy.

Were with my mother at an appointment with an endocrinologist on February 1, 2021 in Gorodetskaya O. Yu. (UNFORTUNATELY, Albina Anatoliyivna in the decree). They decided to go to the doctor in Medion because they trusted the reputation of this institution. The mood was spoiled, back in the lobby by the doctor herself, who began to reprimand her mother that she was 15 minutes late, and that she had 10 minutes left !!!!! We are in SHOCK because we came for 20 !!!!!!!!!!! Minutes before the consultation and sat 15 minutes more, and we were not called, and for our money, we were read, as in a state clinic. When we showed the check for payment and proved that we had been sitting for half an hour, the doctor calmed down, but the reception was held in 10 minutes. My mother was confused, and didn't even know what to ask. Therefore, be careful and ask if it's time for your reception

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the sensitive attitude, humanity, professionalism, patience and true courage of anesthesiologist Cherkun Maxim Vitalievich and surgeon Lysenko Ruslan Borisovich for the operation performed on November 18, 2020. For well-chosen anesthesia (when I had contraindications). The operation was successful. And the next day I went home with my feet! And special thanks to all the medical staff of the surgical department and anesthesiologist Nesterova Tatiana for her sensitive attitude and care !! I sincerely wish you health and long life !!!
