I was highly surprised with the service, speed of the transaction and friendly staff. This is VERY far above typical services in the Ukraine. I will be using the service whenever possible as my preferred mail service.

I do not understand why the staff is behind the computers and not sitting? In a couple of years they will have problems with their backs and veins in their legs! The room where the parcels are stored is not heated, I do not envy the guys who work there. Health is lost once. Now I faced a problem, the parcel was to arrive yesterday at 15.00. Today I score on the Internet to track: again yesterday's number, on the road, will arrive 15.00 YESTERDAY !!! I'm trying to call 0800 .... no one picks up the phone. What to go to you in such weather, I live in the area to learn about the parcel?
