Medical Center of St. Paraskeva

I was seeking reassurance that an injury sustained in Scotland was healing appropriately, as it was taking longer than i had hoped/expected. My hotel made an appointment for me with this centre and the doctor who saw me was professional, friendly and reassuring. I was entirely happy with the service. I speak Ukrainian so that made it easier, but I expect they would have found an English-speaking doctor if necessary. From an Australian perspective the cost for the consultation (about 30 mins) seemed great value, around US$20.

At zavodskaya street, receptionists are nice, doctors are well experienced and helpful but when it comes to paying one has to be aware when speaking to a short blond hairstyle skinny cashier at the cashpoint. This lady can ruin your day with her agressive and rude behaviour. No manners at all and a pity for such a nice medical insitiution. Perhaps she is not aware of being rude and agessive ?

It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. By far the most efficient medical facility in the city, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. On my most recent visit, the doctor was more cheerful and friendly than almost anyone else I've met in the city over the last 4+ years of living here. If you have the ability, choose this place over and above anywhere else in the city.

There is 50/50% chance that your doctor is really qualified enough, I've been there a lot of times and f.e. two doctors with the same degree of qualification gave absolutely different level of help with exactly the same problem. Hope they won't make you worse eventually.

Not great, Relatively modern equipment but the staff are hit and miss just hope you get a good one
