I went to dentistry (orthodontist) with the problem of fixing the retrainer. Firstly, I had to wait 2 weeks, it is clear that my teeth had moved out during this time. After they came in, they asked for their last name and when they found out that I had not put this retrainer there and had never been treated at all, they were not interested in my treatment. When recording, they asked and knew that I had never been treated with them. After they asked if I had a picture, I didn't know what kind of picture at all and they did not tell me to take it, and they asked if I had a mouthpiece about which I had not heard anything either. Then they looked at their teeth, and did not even understand what was wrong, I showed them that he was half off! The doctor wanted to send me home without doing anything, but one of the nurses said that at least it should be attached because it cuts on the cheek. He somehow stuck it, one could hardly hold, and one did not even stick! I told him about it, but he replied that it was normal !!!! After they did it, I asked them what to do next. They also answered that they should go to take a picture and go to another clinic because they only do it for "their" clients !!!! and they did it to me simply because it was an "emergency", I remind you, I waited for 2 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!! I do not understand how it turns out that a doctor, whose profession involves helping people, and not refusing, does not take "not his" ???????? And why it was not possible to say 2 weeks ago so that I could look for another clinic ???????
