My acquaintance with this clinic began 6-7 years ago. Then I liked everything very much. I remembered them this time too. A new impression is a contactless shoe cover machine. Only thanks to him I put three stars, tk. the excursion was a success! It is an excursion, because no one was going to treat me at the appointed time. The filling has broken off. All! A doctor named Artyom immediately sent for a 3D scan, then he said that before putting a filling, you need to do a full cleaning of your teeth. He himself does not know how to do this, and he does not have time for me. In the corridor I issued an invoice for a future seal) + invoice for a 3D scan. Expensive excursion! I got upset and went to another clinic. It turned out that the filling can be placed immediately, a 3D scan is not needed here at all. And for as many as three fillings (3 teeth) and brushing my teeth, I paid as much as Artyom wanted to remove from me for 1 filling. Conclusion: make money, and clients? Kiev is big, there are many clients)

23 years ago, when I put on cermet, I told myself that this was my last visit to the dentist. However, nothing lasts forever. My friends recommended me to go to this clinic. Many thanks to them for this. Of course, I was pleasantly shocked by the service and equipment (WOW, WOW, WOW!). And also the approach to the patient: everywhere I was accompanied by white little hands, everything was told with a demonstration on the monitor installed in front of the patient's chair. The therapist Maksim Konstantinovich Matchenko was so attentive and helpful that I took the diagnosis relatively calmly. And for greater persuasiveness, he sent me for a consultation with surgeon Igor Vyacheslavovich Popov, who presented the state of affairs in a simple, accessible and realistic way. The presence of nurse Vera Anatolyevna nearby softened the drama of the situation. Thank you very much to the doctors, nurses and all the staff of the clinic for the services provided. In another branch of this clinic, they sent him to Bazhan 10a to make a 3D CT scan of the jaw. They said that you can come without an appointment and they will do it on the spot, but knowing how everything works for us, I decided to call and make an appointment. Signed up for Saturday. Closer to Saturday they called me back and said that they would not succeed on Saturday and asked to postpone it to Monday. They arrived on Monday and on the spot it turned out that there is no normally person who can work with the equipment. Incompetent staff feverishly called some specialist to explain how the apparatus worked. By the way, they didn't manage to launch the device and we left. By the way, we did not even hear an apology for the time spent. I DO NOT STRONGLY ADVERTISE to entrust my treatment to such incompetent people. UPDATING review: The answer left to this review by the administrator is not true. Nobody contacted me.

In early 2020, he replaced a number of old fillings. Received treatment by Uzun Artem. He had to replace the seal. But the "treatment" went so far that the canal had to be opened. Although even on the website of the clinic there was no mention that he was an endodontist. At the end of the session, the doctor made a "prediction" that, most likely, the canals will open in the other 3-4 teeth. Probably, he decided to prepare me mentally. At the same time, when I left the clinic and underwent treatment in another, not a single channel was opened to me, since there was simply no need for this. The young doctor was probably just stuffing his hand.
