All 3 days on the phone in constant bickering with the manager. 1. The price of goods and delivery with the manager changes as the weather in March. For delivery, I counted first 420, then 370, then 830 hryvnias, but with a discount on goods (about 200 hryvnias). 2. I chose on the website in the basket 2 rolls of 50 meters of plaster mesh. The manager of some fig recounted it to me at a price not per roll, but per meter and its cost came out almost 2 times higher. When asked why I should overpay so much for the net, which will be brought to me in the same rolls, there was no adequate answer. Refused to buy it, I will buy it at a local building store. 3. Prepayment for delivery to the card. For the first time I came across this, I got used to pay on the spot, but figs with him, we are not proud people, threw it on the map. Then the circus began: the 21st century, payments from one card to another are done in seconds, and they didn’t have a “payment” until the evening, despite the fact that I offered to drop the screen from banking and the receipt in pdf. “Suddenly” they appeared only at the end of the working day. Well, you don’t have the opportunity to deliver, tell me bluntly, what for this noodles hanging is incomprehensible. 4. Delivery - as described above. Despite the fact that on Wednesday evening the same manager assured me that tomorrow from 8 to 11 everything would be. Yeah, actually at 2 p.m., and do not care that you work, have any plans, etc. Sit and wait while you deign. 5. There is no direct telephone connection with the manager. Only through the hotline or write to the chat on the site to call back. Bottom line: this was my last order in this online store. I'd rather overpay the extra thousand, but save myself time and nerves. The construction is far from complete, before the end of autumn I planned to spend another 30 thousand hryvnias, but, apparently, this money is not needed for this store.

Disgusting store, instead of my order, which I made on the store's website, they brought me a low-quality, cheap profile. I do not recommend ordering anything here.
