I always buy food in it. All right. They will always help you find a product. If it lies high, then they will help to get it. I would like a wider selection of products, and of course recently the prices for meat and dairy products are much higher than in competitors' stores. Yes, it happens that you have to go to another store to buy it cheaper. But for now I put 5 stars.

Large convenient market, has its own pastries. Welcoming staff. Large parking. Convenient access. Recommend!

The service is not bad, but the prices soared so it feels like people get 35-40 thousand and pensioners as well. The management of the store does not pay attention to the sellers who have no time even to go to the toilet, there is no substitution, in a word, THE STORE MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN EATTED.

The cashiers of this store obviously do not know that they have to communicate with customers in Ukrainian, at least with Ukrainian-speakers.

10/09/2020 at 13:32 made purchases in the Marketopt supermarket on the street. Republican, 93 in Kremenchug and was very unpleasantly surprised by the behavior of the guards. Security guard Seryozha (she did not ask her last name, cashiers addressed him by name), behaves frivolously with customers, is rude and refuses to comply with legal requirements. An elderly woman was shopping in front of me. When she was given change, she doubted which denomination she had handed over for payment. The cashier offered to approach the guard Seryozha and look at the cameras to make sure. Anyone can be wrong. But Seryozha, in a boorish manner, began to refuse a woman, arguing that if a woman made purchases at the bazaar, she would not have such an opportunity. Thus, Seryozha compared the Marketopt store with a bazaar. I doubt that the Marketopt administration shares the opinion of the security guard Seryozha on this issue. To the persistent requests of the woman, Seryozha nevertheless deigned to check the cameras and called someone on the radio. By this time, the cashier had calculated me, and I was heading for the exit. But the exit was blocked by a stroller with a child, as a young mother was making purchases at the checkout nearest to the exit. I politely asked the guard Seryozha to give me the opportunity to pass, as he was standing in the aisle next to the carriage, where there was free space for the exit. To which Seryozha refused to give a pass and, in his usual boorish manner, invited me to jump over the carriage. I think the actions of the security guard Seryozha are such that they represent the Marketopt store in an unattractive light for customers, leave unpleasant emotions after visiting the store and reflect on the company's reputation in a negative way. I hope that this review will not go unnoticed by the Marketopt enterprise and measures will be taken to influence this guard.
