The waiters do their very, very badly. This is not the first time coffee has been prepared badly. In the summer, cocktails are made from sour juice, it seems that the waiters do not know what products they are preparing from. And today it was all up, cocoa from sour milk, it's just impossible to drink. We kindly ask the management to control the robot waiters. One shift works fine, the other is as lucky.

Delicious tender meringue roll for UAH 25. delicious coffee, but no alternative coffee. Friendly staff, but do not speak Ukrainian. A large selection of delicacies, we were unlucky with cheesecake, was stale. We easily replaced it with a fresh and delicious croissant 3 chocolates. Modern interior. There is a place to sit on the street. Very nice prices.

The shift on 12/10/2020 was just disappointing. Cocoa is so sour that drinking it is not realistic. My cappuccino tastes like burnt coffee. Even without considering that there were days when mocktails with sour juice were - this is too much. It's not for 5 UAH coffee from a vending machine in the market ...

A good place for a small company, drink coffee, eat dessert. Also suitable for short business meetings

Visited Kofan at Lieutenant Pokladov on Sunday evening. The drinks and desserts are amazing. Drinks with lactose-free milk - please. The desserts are original, the first time I see macaroon with the taste of dor blue cheese. Service is another story. We sat outside on the sun loungers in which you sit reclining. A purse with documents, money and keys unnoticed fell out of my pocket. When I arrived home, I discovered the loss and immediately realized where I could have lost. From the time of the loss, until the moment I returned to Kofan, maybe 20-30 minutes passed. They gave it away without any problems, smiled, even refused the reward. Nicely. Good service in the Kofan network is their trademark, a distinctive feature. Will definitely come back.
