Came to the reception for the first time by appointment - waited 20 minutes. Well, I think, okay, everything happens. Next time, too, signed up - waited 40 minutes !!!!!!! Dear, why then write down, let there be a live queue. As in paradise. Polyclinic. We too somehow count the time, we plan something when we write to you. On my remark there were no apologies, on the contrary were extremely dissatisfied with it. And in every possible way I apologized. And I apologize, make a penny discount. And the conflict will be resolved. It is your reputation !!! imagine which ones.

The first time I went to the very much vaunted Prokopenko clinic! This was my first and last time! The record was at 13:00 when I walked in and was greeted by the owner. After 5 minutes, a girl came up to me, who clarified who I was, and said that they called me, they wanted to say that the doctor was 30 minutes late. I looked at the phone, but there was a missed one that I did not hear (time 12:59), I was warned in advance. When I already entered the clinic and because of the noise of the cars did not hear the call. Warned in advance, as much as a minute! Thanks! I thought the doctor hadn’t come yet, but no, it turned out she was just busy and came up to say that another 5-10 minutes and she was free. After 40 minutes, the patient does not even get up from the chair, and the doctor Galina Vasilievna is not in a hurry. They work on Saturday until 14:00, 13:40, I understand that either they will look at me and write it down next time, pay for a consultation or do it with a quick hand. Patience ran out and I left. I understand that the situations are different and each doctor can be delayed for 10-15 minutes. Everyone plans their time and day. This doctor does not value the client's time! I don’t know about the other doctors of this clinic! Wouldn't recommend!

The record was canceled at the moment when I arrived at the reception, you see, my doctor decided not to come to work. Not nice: /

My mother, a man of age (could not come with her and now I regret it), came to put a seal. They assigned a panoramic picture (although there were only four front teeth, all the other bridges, it was impossible to take an accurate shot of the tooth, the price differs significantly), removed the stones from the unfortunate 4 teeth (paid as for the whole jaw), made an injection into the gum of a cheap medicine for 100 UAH The most annoying, they didn’t put a seal, they took 450 UAH, sent home. So also, the panoramic image is not printed, for 10 UAH it is dumped onto the disk, look for where to print it yourself. To say that they are upset, to say nothing. The next day, in another dentistry, a seal was placed without unnecessary additional prescriptions and costs. In dentistry "Prokopenka" not a foot.
