At first glance, everything is fine, the store is cozy and the salespeople are polite. It happened before the New Year. I ordered a flower in a pot, a gift for a tree for a child, and paid for it. Agreed to pick up on the 31st, but until the new year there were about 2 weeks. They gave me a check, wrote down my phone number. But on the 28th, the seller calls me and says that my flower is gone. Since she got sick, and her partner either sold him or he disappeared, I still did not understand the exact reason. Of course, the money was returned to me, but the holiday was ruined. Instead, the flower was not even offered as they were one third more expensive from the original cost. There was no time to argue with them, because on that day it was necessary to pick up the child, she just took the money and left silently. A sediment remained on my soul. I will not go to this store anymore.

Nice compact place for a flower shop, not expensive. The seller will tell you what is better to take for a gift to your loved one

Recommend! Constantly fresh roses. High-quality flower, prompt, help to choose, but not vparit what horrible. Nice staff) Tulips were pleasantly surprised in October!
