I made an appointment with a neurologist from Friday 22.01.21 to Mon 25.01.21. All weekend I was tormented with acute pain from ear to ear ... Lore said that there are no pathologies in his specialty. This morning they called back and said that the doctor had gone on sick leave! They rewrote me on 26.01, for the evening! Without my knowledge, if I had picked up the phone earlier, I would have got there today, and I called back 20 minutes later. I say acute pain! To which I hear the answer: - Amne what to do .....? They don't want to work, they don't care about people !!! It's easier to die than get the help it needs !!!

The surgeon is a boor. Today he sent my grandmother with a fracture in plain text, I did not want to look. They do not want to work without a bribe. A 64-year-old woman with a fracture has to run from floor to floor until she is X-rayed in position. The woman complained of pain in the lower leg, for which an X-ray was done in the knee and said no fracture. To the embarrassment of my grandmother that they did an X-ray to her in the wrong place, Harurg said that "she went to .." the reception is over. Fortunately, the traumatologist turned out to be normal and applied a plaster cast. They paid for the plaster. The picture was redone.

There are queues everywhere, not enough staff. One nurse for two offices, have to wait.

Doctors are indifferent to absolutely everything. They have people with coronavirus sitting in a live queue. The register is people from Mars, it's unrealistic to get through, they lose cards, start a new one, even without excuse me, sign up and then sit in line for 2 hours, and the doctor takes 4 people for half a day.

The opening hours do not correspond to reality, they came on Saturday, but everything is closed and the reception does not take calls
