This is the second time that the girl from the front desk has been nasty to me! It feels like people are being recruited there from the state polyclinics. The administration, AUUU, maybe it's time to do something about it. I don't go to your doctors for free, and the appointment isn't cheap. I will not tolerate such an attitude. And as I see from the reviews, I'm not the only one who is unhappy with the boors from the registry !!!!

I called the registry to make an appointment with the doctor. My doctor was on sick leave, I was offered to sign up for a waiting list. After a while, the receptionist called me back and made an appointment. The staff is polite, the service is satisfied.

At the stage of making an appointment with a doctor, I permanently refused the services of this clinic and I will not advise anyone to go there. There is an incredible boor at the reception who is not able to communicate normally with people and take notes. Perhaps the doctors there are normal (you decide), but because of such arrogant freaks at the reception there is no desire to even appear in that place!

Many doctors in Arnica are not competent. Service like a state clinic. The reception is rude staff, you can't get through by phone. Was at Nalivaiko SG and Holbert LN. Holbert immediately began to intimidate with terrible diagnoses without examination. Nalivaiko is neither competent nor attentive. I came to him healthy and asked, if not sure, not to spoil my health. Contraception issue. I left him with the third repeated consultation, having lost time and money in vain. For the last consultation I didn't get, I won my money back.

To begin with, my phone number was given to the doctor without my permission. (And this is illegal, for a minute). And so, this doctor calls me the day before the appointment and begins to be frankly rude, rude, showing his importance, etc. In a calm, balanced voice I tried to prove that I had the recording FOR TOMORROW, which is confirmed by a recorded conversation with the administrator and a hundredfold emphasis on tomorrow's number. That I am traveling from another country, in Kremenchug for a short time and recording for the previous day was simply impossible. The doctor doesn't care that I can't speak. He was offended by the fact that I do not know his last name by heart, but asked for time to look in my diary. Nobody was going to wait. The options I proposed for a way out of the conflict were rejected. The first reception was to take place. I don't have to know the last name - this is a private clinic that provides the necessary service, and not the personal office of the goddoctor. I chose the clinic and the profile of the specialist, not the name of the doctor. The administration does not warn about admission. Confirmation for the day - do not practice. There were no alternative ways out of the conflict. But the superiority of the doctor over the patient and the deepest disrespect were shown. The recording does not work on the site. I really do not recommend you to go in this policlinique. Administrations are not working like it should be. Doctor can be disrespectful, overwhelming, rude and imperative. My doctor got my number from administration, what is illegally, called me the day before our meeting and started to scream with trying to prove me that I got meeting with him right now. That’s was impossible and I got proofs of it. Here is no way to negotiate or at least to speak respectfully. You are gonna feel like a peace of trash. I think in government hospitals you will got the same service. And don’t try to take a meeting online, it is will not work.
