The pharmacy is pretty good. How many times I went, the drugs were what I needed. Service is ok. Prices are reasonable. Diapers are overpriced.

I was a regular customer at the Kopeika pharmacy. Most of my purchases were cosmetics, especially my favorite Vichy company. Having run again to the pharmacy to see if there are any promotions when buying cosmetics, I was very happy to see the Vichy Slow Age cream tester. Arriving home, I asked my husband to go to the pharmacy and take a couple of drops of cream, 1-2 times, giving him a small container for this. As a result, they did not give him cream, saying that they can only smear his hand. Having looked at this situation, I would like to turn to the leadership of the Kopeyka pharmacy. In all stores and pharmacies with testers, sellers without problems give creams in small doses 1-2 times with them so that they can be tested at home on the face and not in a pharmacy in dirty hands after the street. Or do you think that customers will buy creams, the price range of which is from UAH 600 to 1300, without testing them and spreading their hands on one another, and it turns out that they are allergic to one another. It's funny, or you have clowns working. I fully admit that the management is not aware of what is happening in the pharmacy, and where testers and probes come from for sale on the Internet. I would very much like the leadership of the Kopeyka pharmacy to pay attention to this egregious case and understand this situation. After this situation, I no longer have a desire to come to you. And if sellers really only have to smear their hands, then I would like to tell you DON'T LIKE to remove testers from the window at all, but if they did, then let potential buyers test it.

An ambiguous situation: my mother (67 years old) was very ill (heart, pressure), and the pills that she usually takes were over. I could not go down to the pharmacy (the disabled person herself had problems with the musculoskeletal system). They sent a son / grandson (11 years old). They refused to sell the drug to him, at the natural request of the child to speak with me or with his grandmother on his own phone for reliability, - again a FAILURE (!). And now, attention, the question is: the pharmacists working in this pharmacy are you PEOPLE? And if you had a disaster with a loved one and someone didn’t give a damn about him, how would you feel ??? Boors and non-humans! I would not admit you even to animals! There is nothing more to add.
