Had a smooth time for a small postcard mailing. Lady staff at different counter was helpful, nice and friendly. As was checking for regular mail and parcel costs. Special kudos to my partner who speaks Ukrainian & Russian. That certainly adds on the positive experience. Read some of the reviews prior to walking into this post office, which was mostly negative. It helps to be prepared and have not much expectations as heard that most of the post office in Ukraine are below average service. Perhaps due to underpaid, overwork, and when too many people there at the same time and becoming unreasonably slow service. Yet had a decent experience today at around 2pm. No wait for the mail. About 4 people before on the line for parcels. The staff work there today deserved a fair comment and appreciation of their work. Keep up the good work. People noticed.

You won't believe it twice. Also EXCLUSIVELY THE SAME PERSON. As a result, there are always huge queues and non-observance of the distance. If you have a choice, choose any other department. I really like branch number 31 on Kievskaya, for example. Politely, as quickly as possible, and they are sincerely trying to help you.

Ukrposhta, do something with the service! I was the first in line, two more people were behind me. The woman flew in, she was served in front of me, so in addition, after that, a sign was put in front of my nose "technical robots" with the words "put a sign so that people even look in our direction" 🤦🏻‍♂️ I stood for another 5 minutes from 20 and left ... Central office ... Are you serious, two people cannot accept goods and serve other people at the same time? Where is your service? Mail number 1 in Ukraine? Do not make me laugh. This is a shame and disregard for their clients. P. S. And by the way, Ukrposhta Express, this is a complete trash. "Fast delivery" 3 days from Kiev 🤦🏻‍♂️. Look up to New Mail, or at least to start with Intime, where service and delivery are much faster.

A huge queue for parcels. Only one window works for sending and receiving. But recipients without cash on delivery are served out of turn.
