And the fact that it does not work on Saturday at least half a day is also upsetting, for a couple of weeks I have not been able to pick up an order since I cannot go on weekdays. After reading the reviews below, which have been left for a very long time, it is immediately clear that Ukrposhta does not care about people, and they are not going to change anything. I would rate it lower, but at least one star (I don’t know about the incompetence of the workers, I think they’re not to blame, we need more employees, I wasn’t rude

Now I understand why Ukrposhta is a flawed enterprise. 40 minutes I can not receive the parcel, and all due to the fact that there is no separate person who serves corporate clients. We have to wait until some office sends 300 letters / parcels across Ukraine. Delirium, not mail

I scored one, as it is simply impossible to put less. Post office is just trash !!!! Incompetent people work here !!!.
