The room is of course VERY small! If more than two people enter, they breathe each other in the back of the head. But the staff is nice! Especially the woman sending the parcels! Always friendly and polite (even if the previous visitor spoiled the mood!) It's always nice to talk with her! Thank!)

I often get parcels from China, no problems. Almost always ring when the parcel is separated. The office is small, and UkrPosht needs to take care of its employees and create more comfortable working conditions.

The staff is sociable, a couple of times they could not find the package, but this is rather a minus in the whole logistics system of "Ukrposhta", and has nothing to do with the staff. I order a lot from China, they often call back when the parcel arrives, although the office hours are not very convenient.
