I liked this department until the moment when my parcel, which was specially delivered to me to this department, was redirected to another. Supposedly my address is not served at this point. Before that, there were no problems, I received the package without question. Like this? The address is serviced yesterday, not today. Mess. I'm closer to where I ordered. You have to run, God knows where. Arbitrariness of some kind. One gets the impression that it is easier for workers to forward the package than to give it out. Such things discourage the desire to use the services of Ukrposhta.

Branch 39631 Kremenchuk I ordered the delivery of a parcel from the outlet for the first time, I never ordered delivery on Ukrposhta, because judging by the reviews on the Internet, there is more negative than positive, but the delivery was free and decided to try it. On Friday I ordered it, on Saturday already at lunchtime an SMS came to receive it, which was very surprising, since there was a day off on google maps in the schedule, well, I think once the SMS came, I'll go check it out. Came, the office is open, no queues. The receipt took at most 2 minutes, everything is like on the NP the last 4 digits, signed, received. In general, I was very pleased with the delivery and service, I recommend this department.

The most disgusting department. The queue is PERMANENTLY on the street of at least 7 people. Only one woman works, the rest bazaar all the time. Very displeased.

I came on Saturday to find out if the package arrived, to which the branch employee said that she was alone and could not see it, come on Monday. And there is always such an appeal here, it feels like they are being forced to work against their will!
