The pizza is very tasty, we often take it here. BUT! On February 8, my husband made a pre-order for pickup at 18:00. I came to pick up. The administrator met the visitors in a blanket (apparently due to a snowstorm outside). Every answer to my question began with the word "well" I said the names of two types of ordered pizza, the customer's name and phone number, but there was no such order. We ordered rocket and Pepper pizza, Pepper and country order was waiting on the spot. I was offered to pick it up, not assuming that it could be an order of completely different people. I asked to check the phone number, to which the girl told me that they did not write down phone numbers, because there was no need for that. If I'm not sure, I myself should call and clarify what he ordered. It doesn't matter that it caused inconvenience, because the husband specially made the order in advance and went to bed after the shift. Finally the girl checked the incoming calls on the phone and yes, it was our order. Incorrect. But she continued to persuade that she could not make a mistake, only the customer could be wrong. I don't care what pizza there is, we are not allergic to any ingredients, it tastes good to us. I didn't want to pick up a wrong order. That's all that confused me. The issue could be resolved within two minutes. Without the word "well" and with a smile. But no means no. It is nervous that people who call themselves administrators of this profession do not want to answer. It only looked like the saleswoman in the buffet. And yes, the pizza is delicious, but now we will order only with a courier 😁

The pizza is delicious. The only drawback is the price, but it's worth it. Better than yours hasn't eaten anywhere else.
